Because the yard people cleared away our leaves...

I had to find somewhere else to jump. Namely, the kitchen.

Halloween is only 33 (I think) days away!!!

Boring, lonely, and rainy characterizes most of my Saturdays, especially yesterday. I found pictures on Foto Decadent that had the orange/black theme that I might imitate. I don't really know where I saved the rest of the pictures, but here's one of them. And because I have black hair, maybe I'll just wear a ton of orange clothes to make it stand out more! I REALLY love the model's nails...
But unfortunately it's not really an actual costume, soo...

...my friend and I might go as the hiphopopotamus and rhymenoceros!!!

Black and White

Wow. My last post was almost 2 weeks ago. My internet is technically "back" except Verizon is having issues...They were going to come on Wednesday to fix the issues that weren't supposed to happen, but instead of coming between 2-4 they came at 1 pm when no one was home. Then my dad called and they said they'd be there at 4 pm, but never showed up. ASKDHFKDHSFJK.

Anyways, now that it's the weekend I can blog without worrying about homework (though I still have an English essay to write and hand in by today).

My friends underappreciate fashion week...

It's a good thing I had the last 3 periods of the day off today to eat, go sneak off campus for ice cream, and do homework. Today, I've been glued to the computer screen (thank god my internet's sorta working) looking over collections from NY Fashion Week. Some are extremely beautiful. I thiiiink I'm gonna have to DIY some of the Diane von Furstenberg headpieces! Here are a few pics from my favorite-est collections as of today.

Indian Summeeerrrrr

I won't be able to post for a bit because my dad stupidly (but yet intentionally, NEVER thinking about consequences) disconnected our phone line, which in turn disconnects the internet. My computer's splendid neighbor-internet-hacking skills allow me to be on, but I cannot stand the sloooowwww connection, so I don't bother using internet much. Phew, what a mouthful. SO, I should be back online in a few days, since Verizon is pretty reliable.

Also, WHAT IS WITH THIS WEATHER!?!?!?!?! School to me means nice, fuzzy wuzzy, warm, snuggly clothes (and boyfriend. I just realized all those adjectives describe him tooooo!!!! <3 ). I swear the weather's screwed up. I WANT IT TO BE COLD. And it better be FREEZINGGGG on picture day Monday because I want to wear long sleeves.

Ah well, not much I can do about this (but I will be able to once I take over the world...somehow...one day, *sigh*)

Chao babs.

(P.S. that was Spanish, not Italian. And the next word was not a typo...)

Evolution of an outfit consisting of a turquoise leotard...

For ballet next year, we have to wear a turquoise leotard. Because it looks somewhat American Apparel-esque, I decided to see how I could incorporate it into an outfit.

So I tried some wide leg jeans and a sweater...but it just didn't work.

Altered light wash jeans and a leopard print scarf? ...eh still missing something

How about the whole shBANG with FIVE scarves?.........

Y'know I love my little scarves...but it's not right.

Voila! Magerieks and a black Mirella ballet skirt!

Not sure what I was aiming for there...probably just spinning in circles, but most definitely not a turn (especially with that turnout...and facial expression!)

Leotard: Motionwear
Wide leg jeans: Express (via TJ Maxx)
Sweater: Gap
the other jeans: Old Navy (used to be flares)
Scarves: my mom's, Macy's, Gap, Korea, Gap
